AJOS PITIRRI is a small family business which, from the beginning, took a risk in deciding to produce native white garlic. This variety is actually becoming extinct as it is less profitable, more delicate and more costly (has to be sown manually), but its taste and firmness are incomparable and well-loved by consumers.
