Stil Elektronik combines electroluminescent technology with membrane switch technology and brings it into use in the areas where homogenous lighting is needed, for several industries such as machinery, security, marine electronics, automotive, marketing etc. Electroluminescent technology is technically and visually better than the LED technology and it works properly in all kind of condition and temperature. It has 4 different colors as standard. On the other hand it is possible to brighten the printings by using transparent paints, in case of demand of different colors. There can be various colors on one panel as well one color too.

A graphic overlay may be the first thing your customer or end user sees when interacting with your product. It must be durable, attractive, and functional. Thanks to our graphic overlay printing expertise, Stil Elektronik , can manufacture your custom graphic overlay in a variety of shapes, sizes, and materials to ensure durability. In fact, with sub-surface graphics, printing is done on the inside of the overlay, so your overlay’s graphics won’t degrade from use or cleaning. Stil Elektronik , offers a variety of overlay materials with thickness ranging from 7 mil to 30 mil. Selecting the graphic overlay material depends on the end user application and the environment in which it will be used, including exposure to sunlight and chemicals. Cost is also a consideration. Polycarbonate and polyester are the most commonly used materials for graphic overlays.

Electroluminescent means “Cold Radiation” working with electrical high frequency. There is no resistance or filament directly in this technology. Electroluminescent only lights up with “High Frequency”. For this reason, Electroluminescence is called Cold Radiation. Although Electroluminescent takes the name cold radiation, Electroluminescence emits very little heat (25 degrees) outside. Electroluminescence never burns the hand that can be touched. Electroluminescent need Inverter, which is a kind of transformer, to make the light. With “high frequency” electrical energy supplied by INVERTER, it strikes the barrier between the pressures and gets stuck, FOSFOR, which cannot find a place to escape, thus emerges as LIGHT.
