Grooving Roller Bench

Pipe beveling and cutting is way faster end efficient with electrically height-adjustable roller benches. Our TRB roller benches are highly stable and have two control options manual and automatic for very heavy pipes or automated pipe operations. TRB roller benches are easy to adjust for different diameter and reduces the production time. Also, automatic TRB can be integrated into a fully automated production line. Copier Machinery also designs roller benches with measurement and pipe push up system, especially for pipe cutting. Suitable for pipe diameters up to outside diameter 56”, with a length option up to 12 meters. All TRB roller benches are designed and manufactured by Copier Machinery, and they are scalable upon special requests and requirements.

Copier Machinery offers drive rolls and groove rolls for 0.75” – 24” pipes or tubes. The drive and groove rolls are easy to install, and provides a perfectly grooved pipe repeatedly.

Along with the increasing demand for beveling in several industries, Copier Machinery has been developing the tooling for the best possible result to meet the industry requirements. A limited amount of tooling is used in beveling, which makes the selection of the tooling sets, and cutting bits is essential to get the desired bevel shape. Our R&D team has designed more than 350 sets of machine tooling for simple plain bevel, compound bevel, J-prep bevel, J-prep compound bevel, and internal bevel. They are compatible with Beaver S series. All meeting industry standards and/or customer requirements. If you have a specific production requirement, our team will design a custom tooling set for you.

Copier Machinery manufactures compact, versatile, and easy to install modular concept clamping devices. They clamp the workpiece concentric with high precision and high repeatability. The clamping process is faster and with constant pressure with Copier’s clamping devices. Special jaw sets are used depending on the workpiece diameter, size, and shape to assure proper clamping of the workpiece. The clamping devices distinguish itself in outstanding reliability and are designed for the roughest production procedures. Copier’s clamping devices are easy to integrate into manufacturing lines and are available in manual, pneumatic, and hydraulic versions. Diameters vary from 5 mm up to 410 mm (0.2" – 16").
