All of our UK fabrics are designed and woven at our own Lancashire weaving mill. IAN MANKIN is the place to go for natural British woven fabrics and furnishings. Our collection is made up of our signature stripes, checks and plains supported by additional collections of fabrics, wallpapers and accessories. IAN MANKIN has designed clothes for the Beatles, Michael Caine or US President Ronald Reagan. IAN MANKIN has published a book “Natural Fabrics: Simple & Stylish Soft Furnishing” in the UK, France and Germany which led to a surge in business. And in the mid 1990s, the first “Mankin by Mail” catalogue was launched generating considerable business and introduced the range to a wider geographical market.
