Ceramic Force EIP-1 (380V) infrared heaters for industrial use are designed for indoor and outdoor heating applications to deliver maximum performance and cover large spaces. They do an excellent job at factories, warehouses, workshops, stadiums, big garages and pavilions. 3 models are available with wattages: 3900, 4800 and 6000W. This power is enough to cover 20-60m2 depending on thermal insulation and surrounding temperature. Parabolic arrangement of infrared emitter rows allows you to create a heating zone with a volumetric 55-95 degrees angle. Thus, minimizing energy losses from heat dissipation outside the zone of directed infrared rays. EIP Heating panels can be mounted on a wall or a ceiling. Radiating surface angle can be set from 0 to 60 degrees. Each electric heater has a thermal sensor connected to a three-phase electric power thermostat, which controls the heating process according to the preset temperature.

The CS400 Kiln Shell Imaging System relies on the MP Linescanner, which provides continuous, accurate and real-time thermal images and temperature measurements for moving processes. With the ability to scan up to 1024 data points in a single scan, the MP Linescanner can provide a complete picture of even the highest speed manufacturing processes, ensuring an accurate temperature reading. Key Features: Multiple kiln support Added ThermoView TV40 Thermal Imager support (Additional hardware required) Added Pyrometer support – including Mi3 and Endurance units – for Burn Zone and Shadow monitoring (additional hardware required) Analog and Digital I/O (Wago) “One brick” resolution hot spot detection, even in shadowed areas CS400 System Software The CS400 Kiln Shell Imaging System features specially designed software, which relies on standard Ethernet ports. Because the graphic user interface is designed specifically for kiln applications

Metallic heaters made from ML or tungsten are made for very high temperatures between 1000 °C (1 832°F) and 2 800 °C (5 072 °F). Plansee supplies heating elements for all types of high-temperature furnace in the form of ribbon, sheets, rods, twisted wire, wire bundles and wire mesh heaters. Plansee's materials belong to the group of refractory metals. Molybdenum and tungsten are the two materials that are most commonly used in high-temperature thermal processes. Thanks to their high melting points, they do not soften even at very high temperatures. Refractory metals have a lower coefficient of thermal expansion and better thermal conductivity than steel.
