The JETmotion traverse system makes it easy to mark stationary products. To do so, a JET3up or JET2neo print head is installed on the automated linear slide or movement axis, where it moves vertically. This allows single or multiple products to be printed in a row. Product examples include tubes, PCBs, steel or plastic products, profiles and packages. The JETmotion movement axis can be used within packaging machines, intermittent motion machines or as a stand-alone solution.

The EcoSolv solvent recycling system ensures LEIBINGER inkjet printers consume the smallest possible amount of solvent. A JET3up or JET2neo series printer with EcoSolv consumes up to 50% less solvent. EcoSolv recovers the evaporated solvent from the printer exhaust air through condensation and directs it back into the supply tank. Solvent recovery allows you to save cash and protect the environment!

LEIBINGER is offering its customers a straightforward and cost-effective option for quickly and reliably checking the product marking applied by a LEIBINGER inkjet printer in the form of its V-check vision system. V-check does this by automatically comparing printed data such as letters, digits, logos or images against a reference sample, guaranteeing high production reliability.

The JET2neoS was developed specifically for smaller fonts and higher production speeds. The JET2neoS is equipped with all the advantages of the JET2neo series but features a smaller 60µ nozzle. This allows the CIJ printer to print considerably faster and finer than the JET2neo. The JET2neoS is tried-and-tested in the industrial marking of extrusion parts, food and drink packaging and plastics, among other uses. With the automatic nozzle seal "Sealtronic" in the JET2neoS, LEIBINGER can guarantee that the ink does not dry, even after long-term shut-downs. When production stops, the gutter and the nozzle form an airtight circuit: No ink may leak from the circulation and no air can come in. Even after long downtimes LEIBINGER inkjet printers are ready to print within a minute – without cleaning cycles.

Typical application examples for WINJET3 Mailing include addressing packages as well as printing lottery numbers on raffle and lottery tickets. The software sends variable print data to one or multiple printers. Furthermore, the Mailing version includes all advantages of the WINJET3 Standard software: Up to 16 LEIBINGER JET3up inkjet printers can be controlled and monitored centrally from one computer.

With the production planning program JETedit3 you can create print jobs and graphics for the inkjet printer LEIBINGER JET3 even at your desk, far away from the printer. Is the printing data for the particular job created, it is saved and it can be transferred via Ethernet or RS232 connection to up to 16 JET3 printers. The transfer of jobs and data from machine to machine by USB-stick is not necessary anymore.

The WINJET3 XY software controls the travel paths of the JET3up print head with great flexibility. In combination with an XY-traverse system like JETmotion or other XY-traverse systems, product ranges can be printed automatically from left to right and from top to bottom. The software calculates the optimum travel path on a XY-traverse system before printing and then adapts the path automatically to the quickest processing time. The program can be adapted flexibly to new product ranges.

The marking in production can be designed even more efficiently using the WINJET3 software from LEIBINGER. WINJET3 software gives you centralized control and monitoring of up to 16 LEIBINGER JET3up inkjet printers using a computer. The software takes over complete control of all important printer functions remotely. WINJET3 is set up similarly to existing JET3up software, which makes it very easy for users to understand. The software allows you to prepare any number of print jobs.

The LEIBINGER JET2neoD industrial inkjet printer is the perfect marking system for standard applications in production environments with small amounts of dust. The continuous inkjet printer is suitable for use in somewhat dusty production environments and in environments with very small particles, such as sawdust. In addition to all benefits and functions of the LEIBINGER JET2neo series, the JET2neoD is equipped with three more features that allow it to be used in dusty production environments. 1. The closed back panel prevents dust and particles from getting into the printer. 2. The active housing ventilation guarantees that the printer will be ventilated and protects the electronics from dust. 3. The head ventilation generates a small amount of positive air pressure in the printhead. Even when there is dust present right on the marking position and when printing from below, the printhead always remains dust-free.

LEIBINGER achieves up to 40% higher printing and production speeds with the JET3up RAPID. Products such as cables can be marked with clearly legible characters, even at speeds of 1,000 m/min (60 km/h)! To achieve this high speed, the new inkjet printer has a much higher drop frequency, among other features. The JET3up RAPID also has printheads that are specially designed for high speeds. Three different variants are available that vary by the intended industry and application. The "RAPID Wire" printhead meets the high standards of the wire and cable industry. Thanks to the innovative design in the printhead, cables and wires as well as other long, narrow products can be optimally positioned and marked. The result is cable printing that is even faster and more precise. In addition, the "RAPID Universal" and "RAPID Highspeed" printheads are available for applications in other industries.
