Flat led backlight system with border illumination for transmitted light- and contour applications for machine vision systems. At nearly all of our back lightings we are working with border illumination. The LEDs are not situated in the lighting area itwelf but below the unlighted edge. The light of the LEDs will be injected into the border of a flat light conductor and uncoupled equally via a calculated dot matrix system. This technique comes originally from the premises of planistar. The dot matric course are sitll being calculated from us an manufactured ba very precise UV print machines. So the square light has an very diffus and even light on the measuring surface. We can produce from very small led lights to very big monster lights every size you need for your vision light system. The high-power led backlights are with switch input for steady or flashing. The controller for the current are always inside.

LED-bar light from with diffus and even light: Can used as a diffuse back lighting for line images and for diffuse top lighting. You can also use as wash down light ore low-angle light. LED-bar light with 30 degree beam angle: Can uses for bright lighting with short light distance and for lighting with large camera distance. In the led barlight we can integrate an switch input with opto-coupler. So you can switch the barlight from PC or SPS. LED-line light for line camera systems and dark field illumination: Light with only 3 degree beam angle, hight quality cylindrical lens. One light for various working distances. So you can use for line cameras for direct lighting, but also for a wash down light. LED-Spot MINI and Maxi: The small radiators with high capacity can be used universally. The already installes power controls and hte gate inputs make the handling very easy and sucure. You can use as spot light, but also as wash down light. The Spots will also will made in cusomer's specification. The same is valid for very big areas with break throughs. planistar is building a lot of standard lightings, but also customized lights. led-light tunnel: For a very diffuse light like a led dome, but better to integrat in a production line. The planistar light tunnel can produce in any size you need for your machine vision application. In the led light tunnel we integrat three systems of edge light systems, so it's a very diffuse led lighting. led Dark field light for steady burning light, switch or flashing: Due to the patented reflector technique the light will be delivered only to a determined direction. this produces an equal dark area over a big examination area. You you have an very legal dark field lighting for your vision system. It's very good for waver and glass. But it's also an lighting solution for many other applications. Xled-Flat dome lights: By the especially patented pressure on the light conductor the light arrives on the examination object, but not into the camera. Due to the depth of field the grid print disappears for the camera and therefore, there is no breakthrough (dark stain) visible on the ecamination area. The flat dome light is very good for reading codes and labels. Coaxial light: these coacial light have a semi-permeable mirror. The light entrance and exit is covered with a non-reflecting real glass. They are equipped with power LED and latest power electronics. The power ist controlled inside.
