Description
FLXPLO / FLXPRO plenum boxes are components of the FLXREKU system intended for domestic mechanical ventilation systems, also known as mechanical ventilation heat recovery (MVHR) or heat recovery ventilation. The low profile plenum boxes require less installation space than standard solutions, which is very convenient when they should not be prominent once concealed. This advantage helps free up usable indoor area. FLXPLO plenum boxes are made of galvanized steel sheet. Plenum boxes made from stainless steel are available on request. Available also insulated plenum box version FLXPLI and FLXPRI. These plenum boxes have inside a insulation lining made from 9 mm thick rubber foam. FLXPLO plenum boxes are equipped with duct connection spigot Ød2 with a EPDM seal – this type of connection with FLXHDPE ducting is airtight and easy to install.

The FLXPLOEPPF plenum boxes are part of the FLXREKU air distribution system designed for domestic mechanical ventilation systems, socalled the MVHR system, to which an air valve and FLXHDPE / FLXHDPEA ducts with a diameter of Ø75 are mounted. Due to their small size, they do not require much space or special installation. This allows achieving a larger usable floor area of the room. The FLXPLOEPPF plenum boxes are made of expanded polypropylene, i.e. EPP, while Ø75 spigots are made of ABS. The material used allows obtaining an aerodynamic shape of the inside of the box which leads to low air resistance.

The HomEvap adiabatic humidifier is designed for domestic mechanical ventilation systems with a maximum airflow 600 m3/h. Filtered water (Legiosafe®) naturally evaporates on a special matrix, and then the humidified air is distributed to the ventilation duct system and to the connected rooms. The humidification process is regulated by a wireless room controller and a duct sensor. Builtin PTC heater compensates for temperature losses caused by the evaporation process. The housing is made of EPP, while the matrix is made of fiber glass.

Powder painted with white RAL 9010 colour which provides additional protection from corrosion in places with high humidity, such as bathrooms. The LDS linear slot diffuser are intended for ceiling or wall installation. The product can supply warm or cold air. The diffuser can feature from 1 to 4 slots, 495 mm or 990 mm in length, depending on the product version. Each slot enables separate air flow direction adjustment and is provided with two deflector vanes. This design enables easy adaptation of the air flow diffusion direction according to actual indoor conditions.
