Constant vacuum pressure even at high pressure peaks at inlet (for example generated by turbo combustion engines) Outlet pressure: 0.9 at (0.1 bar below atmosphere) Outlet pressure deviation: approx. 70 mbar Inlet pressure: max. 3 bar (4 at) Different outlet pressure ranges and other flange versions can be offered.
