The shop has been established for over fify years and is now run by Tony Colbeck who has worked here for twenty-eight years and his son Wayne for seven.Four years ago, Tony decided to experiment with a range of classic South African products made on the premises using locally sourced meats. The three main products; biltong, droewors and boerewors were very well received by the shop's customers and the idea grew.In the following years the recipies and flavours were developed and refined into what is now a top-quality product. With South African and British customers alike raving about the authentic taste and moorish qualities, Tony decided to make these meats available to buy online.
