2-Axis Inclination/ tilt Sensor Module

C-Box/2A is used for fast D/A conversion of two digital input signals or for evaluating two digital sensor signals. Output of the sensor signals is possible via two configurable analogue outputs, Ethernet or USB. Handling of the C-Box/2A and of the connected sensors are performed via web interface. Averaging functions, thickness, diameter, step and inclinations can be calculated. The D/A conversion is executed with 16 Bit and max. 70 kHz.

The wireless IST AG FlipChip series features Pt temperature sensors with excellent long-term stability, fast response time and low self-heating. The FlipChips are developed with contacts on one side resulting in no short-cut risk on the backside of the chip. Furthermore, IST AG offers different FC technologies for different assembly processes (reflow-soldering, bonding or welding). The FC sensors are available with accuracies of up to IEC 60751 F0.3 (IST AG reference class B) and in different dimensions (0603/0805/1206/further dimensions on request) with other dimensions available on request. The FC sensors are optimal for applications with limited space requirements and offer an optimal price/performance ratio. Due to the small mechanical dimensions, a standard 0805 FC will use the same space as a standard 0603 SMD sensor on a PCB.​

Measuring range 0 … 2500 mm (98.42 inches). Absolute measuring system. Pressure-resistant up to 350 bar, pressure peaks up to 650 bar. High degree of flexibility, adjustable to all measuring lengths thanks to teach-in. Redundant interfaces available. Safety version usable up to Perfomace Level d. Analog, CANopen, SAE J1939, CANopen Safety interfaces.

A fully automated solution cannot manage without reliable automatic feeding and sorting equipment. In this area we cooperate with well-known manufacturers of vibration and handling elements. The automatic and semi-automatic solutions can also include camera sensors or smart cameras.
