Special eye forms for extension springs: There is an increasing number of potential applications for trumpet-end springs and mounting aids for extension springs – a solution that we have been addressing for many years now. We produce our range of extension springs with German and British standard eyes with wire diameters of 0.25 mm to 4.00 mm. We can also produce special-purpose eyes and other eye forms as needed according to alternative specifications with wire diameters of 0.20 to 4.00 mm.

Production to order – also with special-purpose materials as required: We only produce in accordance with customer specifications. Compression springs can assume a wide variety of designs and forms. Our production facilities include compression springs with wire thicknesses in the range of 0.30 to 3.00 mm with abraded ends and in the range of 0.10 to 4.00 mm with unabraded ends. Even extremely strict tolerances regarding length and strength are adhered to in our compression spring production facility. Special-purpose materials that meet specific requirements can also be integrated into production without any problems. Wire materials: All standard spring steel wires in accordance with EN 10270. Non-ferrous wires made of copper, brass and bronze. Special alloys such as: Hasteloy, CuNi44, NbZr1, TaW2. Other materials on request.

Spring isolators can be used for source and sender vibration isolation. The springs are manufactured of a special spring steel wire and KTL coated. Every spring isolator can be provided with an additional damping cushion of stainless-steel. Elemente with a frequency range between 3-4 Hz can be provided with a viscous damping, too. Spring isolators with a natural frequency range of 3-5 or 4-6 Hz are especially made for higher forces. They can be expanded in size and load-capacity without any difficulty. Spring isolators of RG+ are available for four different natural frequency ranges: Spring isolators with a natural frequency of 3-4 Hz Spring isolators with a natural frequency of 5-6 Hz Spring isolators with a natural frequency of 7-9 Hz Spring isolators with a natural frequency of 3-5 or 4-6 Hz

Generally, helical compression springs are made from circular spring-steel wires. The first and last windings are connected to the next one and usually ground with a diameter of 0.4 mm or more. Normally, the pitch (distance between the coils) and thus the spring characteristics are constant. In reality, special forms of compression springs are, according to space conditions and various needs, often required. Do not hesitate to ask us, we gladly optimize your applications with you.
