ALPHATEC® 170 is a three-component polymer grout system consisting of modified epoxy resin, chemical hardener, and a chemically-modified filler. It is specially formulated for chock grouting to replace the steel packers and liners used under many different types of machinery. ALPHATEC® 170 chock grouting can be used between steel surfaces, or between aggregate-filled epoxy grout and steel bases, in a sandwich approach. ALPHATEC® 170 has been approved by Lloyd’s Register of Shipping (LR) for use in chocking main propulsion engines in marine applications, as well as for miscellaneous deck machinery and auxiliaries. Alphatec Engineering, Epoxy Grout and Concrete Repair Specialists.

CONMONSense delivers precise, repeatable data about the health of your assets and electrical systems also in the most challenging environment. Its resonant piezo element is optimized for ultrasound driven lubrication, mechanical fault detection, and monitoring the health of valves, steam, hydraulic systems and electrical defects. Ultrasound is a true measure of the FITness of your facility. Most assets produce FRICTION, IMPACTING, and TURBULENCE as defect indicators. CONMONSense hears these phenomena at their inception and delivers an analog signal response to your connected measurement system. With an output range from 4-20mA or from 0-10V, CONMONSense mounts permanently to any asset to provide continuous condition monitoring data. Avoid unplanned downtime and put the safety of your plant and colleagues first.

3,4-Epoxycyclohexylmethyl-3,4-epoxycyclohexanecarboxylate (ECC) is available generally in the liquid form. The color of the chemical varies from white to slightly yellow. ECC is in the category of cycloaliphatic epoxy resins. It is generally produced by employing the Tishchenko reaction of tetrahydro benzaldehyde followed by epoxidation with the help of a peracid. ECC has effective electrical loss properties, high heat-distortion temperature, and good weathering properties. The melting point for ECC is -37 0C.
