We were asked by a manufacturer of equipment for the energy sector to prepare a budget for washing parts measuring a few tens of meters long, which, as they were sometimes stored for long periods of time, required cleaning before being used. be placed on the market.

We were approached to collaborate in the design of a solution that ensures efficient washing both inside and outside a goods distribution fleet. In the case of different needs (pressure/flow rate/product to be dosed, etc.), a solution was presented that guarantees great effectiveness in interior washing (application of 1 product with concentration x and flow rate y and rinsing at pressure z) and in exterior washing (application of 1 product with a concentration, flow rate and rinsing pressure with different pressures).

What happened is that regardless of the number of bottles passing through each lubrication point, the dosing, as it was not proportional, was done in the same quantity, causing waste/accumulation of product in certain areas of the line, and being insufficient in other areas. of the same.

The challenge was to design a CIP solution for a small-medium-sized industry that would eliminate sources of contamination from surfaces that are in contact with that line. The client in question intends to remove organic and inorganic materials and debris in general by circulating a solution containing a suitable chemical product within the equipment.
