Aviation Flooring Products

AIRLAM is made out of two layers of phenolic resin prepregs and is used as a stabilizing base layer through all of our flooring products. AIRLAM products fulfill the AIRBUS Specification 2520M1M013101 and DON 608-05, Issue 10/94.

DURO our new product line combines years of experience in the AIR products with new high performance materials. The specification process for flammability, toxic gases and smoke density, static and sliding friction and impact has been started. DUROFLEX® will be based on the same structure than AIRFLEX® but with improved top-/surface layer. Furthermore, we do not use harmful raw materials such as PVC or halogens FLOORSIL® 2/FCS can still be used with all our new DURO products.

With our new Fast Curing System we are now able to provide a superior 2k Sealant to achieve a new level of installation time. Set-up time has been reduced to 10 minutes and full strength cure is reached in max. 2 hours.
