Unfiltered Bock with soft and decisive taste. It is a full-bodied and aromatic beer, obtained with exclusive use of the highest quality malts and selected yeasts. The long time of fermentation and maturing at low temperatures, give it a distinctive rounded flavor, lightly toasted and a deep amber colour. It pairs well with grilled, braised red meats, blue cheese and chocolate desserts.

Amiable and velvety. High quality of barley malt and wheat malt and fine top-fermented yeast, give this Blanche a rich and refreshing flavor, with soft fruity fragrances. Naturally veiled. It is a perfect complement with appetizers, fish dishes and seafood, white meats, and fresh fruit tart. Excellent as an aperitif.

Exquisitely Strong. High fermentation beer with full and soft body. Its aroma is sweet and perfect balanced with a creamy and compact foam. Four specialty barley malts and two noble hops varieties, give it elegant notes of dried fruits and liquorice. Excellent with red meat braised or roasted, barbecued meats, smoked fish, aged cheeses, seasoned goat cheeses and Sacher cake.

Fresh character and pleasantly hoppy. Birra San Marco Pils is a beer with light body and a clean refreshing flavor. Its appearance is naturally veiled for the presence of yeasts and its foam is fine and adherent. The slight sweetness of malt is perfectly balanced by dry bitterness of noble hops that give it fresh floral and spicy notes. The finish crisp and enveloping, makes this beer an ideal match for fish fry, crustaceans, seafood, game and soft grassy cheeses
