Since emigrating to Canada at the tender age of 12, graduating as a chef at 18, then working around the world - from Vancouver to Bali, New York to Australia, Dubai to Japan, to name but a few. Now back in the beautiful Brecon Beacons, Crickhowell in 2010, Jules and his partner, Kathy Newman, Head of Marketing and Design, both share the extreme passion for chocolate and the art of Chocolatier, and to put Wales forever on the world map for Chocolate......what could be better!
