Barley Flour

Description

Barley flour is good in pancakes, cookies and other baked goods, and it is used as a thickener in sauces and soups. This flour has a pleasant aroma and makes dough softer. Barley is rich in fiber, and also contains lots vitamins (B1, B2 and PP) and minerals (potassium, calcium, iron, phosphorus, sodium, magnesium). Cold milling technology (t < 40°C) allows to retain most of the vitamins and minerals.
