With the new PROFINET green cables, BizLink understands the importance of sustainability without comprising performance, and developed two cable types with outer jackets based on plant material. The cables are available with a PUR and PVC jacket both engineered with raw materials derived from plants rather than fossil fuels. The PUR version is designed for trailing application according to PROFINET type C and withstands more than 3 mio. bending cycles. The PVC jacket is for flexible applications according to PROFINET type B.

Our FieldLink® MC cable systems consist of assembled, impervious-to-interference BizLink feedback and power cables for fixed installation or for drag chain use. The systems link such varying functions as power, data, light or media transfer and is tailored to your requirements. Our customers thus benefit from our product value chain, which is unique in the cables sector. We will work together with you as early as the development phase of your product. We will advise you and design your optimum cabling. Furthermore we will support you in the development of prototypes.

The ship and offshore market also demands data connections that are safe and of high quality at the transition from hazardous areas to non-hazardous areas. Due to the increasing use of liquid gas for cruise ships and ferries, these applications are becoming more and more frequent. BizLink has developed cable solutions for this purpose that flow only a minimal amount of gas from one zone to another in the event of an explosion and also meet the requirements of maritime standards.
