Date sugar is not actually sugar but the product of dried dates that have been ground into fine pieces, date sugar is intensely sweet, with a richness similar to brown sugar. Unlike other sweeteners such as agave, maple syrup, and others, date sugar is not refined and is therefore technically considered a whole food

Powdered Agave Sugar is made by finely milling granulated agave sugar into a fine powder. Like granulated agave sugars, it’s approximately 40% sweeter than regular sugar and dissolves easily. In industrial recipes, agave sugar powder is used in the production of hard texture confectionery, hard texture baked goods and anything else that specifically requires a powder sweetener.
