Chongqing Tianrun Food Development Co., Ltd. lies in Beibei District and established in August 2002, is formerly the Huang Drieddofu which has earlier origin from a housewife, Mrs. Huang at the turn of the Ming and Qing Dynasties in CHONGQING. One day, her husband was preparing to go out to earn a living. Mrs. Huang made the food for him. She fried the refine dried tofu with some special secret trimmings which made a delicious smell of the dried tofu wafted around. The smell beckoned the neighbors. They came over, tasted it and ran out extravagantly in praise of it. Then, the Huang dried tofu Workshop was established at that time. It was well-known afterward and earned the title of Huang dried tofu, the representative productions of Bayu District.
