CONTI THERM S.R.O.

Induction heating of our CONTI type series is intended for for various applications of treatment such as brazing, melting, stamping, forging, hardening, annealing, tempering, straightening, and bonding –but especially for the heating of conductive metal materials. This rare technology is based on the creation of heat directly inside the worked-on product and it enables the use of the highest level of automation.

Conti Therm offers proposal, design and construction of fully or semi-automatic production lines. These are mainly single-purpose machines designed for a specific operation or complex technological and production requirements. We are able to design production lines that are ideally suited for both heavy industry as well as companies specialising in precision engineering. We work closely with producers of industrial robots that are increasingly becoming a necessary part of a production processes.

Our welding and assembly workbenches are specifically designed to be adjusted for various tasks. Special attention is paid in order to ensure maximum safety, stiffness, precision and ergonomic requirements. The vertical adjustment is achieved by use of hydraulic mechanism. The workbenches are fitted with mechanical dead-stops allowing to carry out maintenance tasks safely. End-switches prevent any movements of workbenches in case of a collision with other objects. Worktops have T-shaped grooves for easy attachment of tools and other attachments. The size of worktop area can be easily adjusted. Each workbench is designed to customer's individual technical requirements.

We also produce hanging suspension tongues for movement of objects of various shapes, sizes and weights. The jaws ensure equal pressure distribution and help transmission of the created clamping force. They are fitted with abrasion resistant material which prevents damage to the surface. Tongues can be operated by hand or pneumatically, depending on the customer´s wish. They are individually designed to fulfill customer specific requirements.
