Generally, helical compression springs are made from circular spring-steel wires. The first and last windings are connected to the next one and usually ground with a diameter of 0.4 mm or more. Normally, the pitch (distance between the coils) and thus the spring characteristics are constant. In reality, special forms of compression springs are, according to space conditions and various needs, often required. Do not hesitate to ask us, we gladly optimize your applications with you.

Special eye forms for extension springs: There is an increasing number of potential applications for trumpet-end springs and mounting aids for extension springs – a solution that we have been addressing for many years now. We produce our range of extension springs with German and British standard eyes with wire diameters of 0.25 mm to 4.00 mm. We can also produce special-purpose eyes and other eye forms as needed according to alternative specifications with wire diameters of 0.20 to 4.00 mm.
