Cement-bonded particleboard

Cement-bonded particleboard are a versatile building material that is an ideal combination of the properties of cement and wood. They are lightweight and easy to work with, while being extremely durable and resistant to various weather conditions.

They are easy to work with, as well as environmentally friendly and safe for health, as they do not contain any hazardous substances such as asbestos or formaldehyde.

Cement-bonded particleboards are used in "dry installation" technology. Thanks to their parameters, they are used in construction, including in structural elements. CW panels are fireproof - according to the European standard EN 13 501-1 they are classified as BS1D0 (flame retardant) and A2 (non-flammable). They have soundproofing properties (30-35dB). They are resistant to various atmospheric conditions, such as frost or moisture, to mold and mildew, and thanks to their cement content - also resistant to insects. Cement-bonded boards are a resilient material - the modulus of elasticity of the boards is more than 4500 N/mm2, the bending strength is greater than 9 N/mm2. They are easy to work with, as well as environmentally friendly and safe for health, as they do not contain any hazardous substances such as asbestos or formaldehyde.

It makes an excellent construction material. Dry-faced raw plywood is designed for use in dry conditions.
