BBT – Materials Processing offers a wide spectrum of both, polarizing and non-polarizing optical elements for operating light in the MWIR and LWIR spectral regions. Custom-made prisms are available in different shapes, angles, and configurations and may be used for a wide range of applications. We offer right-angle, dove, penta, and custom-angled different prisms with various dimensions. Optical windows made of Calomel are available as flat or wedged, depending on the customer´s needs. They may be used in IR optical systems, where other materials transparent in infra-red struggle with low damage threshold or transparency. We also provide manufacturing possibilities for other different types and shapes, depending on the customer´s needs. Please feel free to contact us for inquiry. We offer Antireflective (AR) coating for calomel optics, currently available for region 2-5μm spectral region. Solutions above >5μm are under development. (Prisms, Windows, Blocks,Waveplates etc.)
