EVROMAK was established in 1995 as an import-export company doing business with fruits and vegetables. In the beginning, EVROMAK’s development was based on the purchase of vegetables in smaller quantities and exporting them to foreign neighbours countries. Next year, vegetables were exported with own trucks, also other companies goods were transported with the same fleet. EVROMAK was becoming now bigger supplier of home and foreign neighbours markets. Because of keeping the quality and safety, products were transported in truck freezers. Importing exotic fruits and other products was our goal to satisfy our client’s demand. Big business brought to build big object with cold chambers, processing and packing machinery.Today, EVROMAK cares about clients, supplying them with quality products imported from special selected companies. In 2010 the sales volume exceeded 1 million Euros, which in turn has been increasing until today, approaching the 3 million in 2021. All thanks to the commitment and dedication of the Gomes family and its employees, who already cultivate more than 450 Hectares and continue to expand with future acquisitions. To ensure that the products reach the final customer with the highest level of quality and freshness, Hortícolas Casal D'Avó also has a range of agricultural equipment ranging from tractors to machines for washing and grading the products. It has a cold storage capacity of 250 m2 and a new warehouse of 1800 m2 located in Golegã, which is close to its production area.
