Our snail farm is located in Northeastern Bulgaria, in the village of Balgarevo, Kavarna municipality, 500 m far from the Black Sea coast in an ecologically clean area included in the ecological system of protected areas in the European Union - Natura 2000. We grow snails of the genus Helix Aspersa Maxima (Gros-Gris) applying the French method, consistent with the specific features of the area. The farm was built and registered in compliance with all standards and requirements and have all the documents for transportation of the production in the European Union. We offer top quality snail products crop 2011: Snail meat – 6000kg.-7000kg (the meat is offered frozen and packaged at the clients’ request) OR hibernated snails – 18000kg. -20000kg. Price is negotiable.
