EMA designes and manufactures and distributes a wide variety support stands for IBCs. The stand holds up to 15.000 kg of weight and allow easy access for valve connections and provides an effective barrier between the IBC and base floor. EMA IBC stands provide a safer work environment by allowing an improved ease access for container connections. The stands are tubular carbon steel constructed with 7 gauge top platform and front and rear stops. These stands are available in a variety of sizes and configurations. The stands feature a durable powder-coated surface painted to Hoover blue color, and also available in custom colors. EMA fabricated tee strainers can be furnished with single or double wedge basket designs to meet open area requirements for all your straining needs. From bolted, slip-hinged, knob, swing-away, quick opening, or davit swing arm assembly allowing for ease in maintenance. EMA intermediate bulk container (IBC) is a large vessel that is used to store fluid and bulk materials or transport them. IBC’s can be manufactured from many different materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, mild steel, and exotic alloys. EMA designes manufactures hundreds of intermediate bulk containers and bins (IBC's) per year. EMA 350 gallon (1325 liter) Intermediate Bulk Container is one of EMA’s most popular IBC’s. EMA's advanced manufacturing technology provides a one-piece body, 10-gauge (.135”/3.4 mm) stainless steel construction and single-seam welding, for greater strength and durability. The features either a center drain or side drain discharge outlet to meet your individual delivery system needs. All tanks are manufactured with sloped bottoms and 2” (5.08 cm) ball valve discharge and safety cap.

EMA offers a variety of Demister Pad includes Wire Mesh Demister Pads and Filter Demister Pads for different process equipments handling liquid and vapor. Due to carry over of liquid particulate matter by gas or vapour, termed as entrainment is common in gas-liquid separations. It causes material loss and adversely affects the operational efficiency of the system. Constructed in a simple and light weight structure, it works by coalescing liquid droplets of smaller sizes. It results in increased collisions among the liquid drops forcing them to stick together in order to form bigger droplets that are too heavy to rise with the gas stream.

EMA basket strainers are being used where the line can be shut down for short periods to clean or change the baskets. EMA standard fabricated pipeline strainers meet customers’ expectations and the highest standards. EMA pipeline basket strainers are being used in piping applications where a greater screen area to pipe area ratio is required. EMA Aviation Tote Tank was designed and manufactured specifically for the transportation and storage of aviation fuels. It also includes the center drain design, fork lift channels, 2" outlet valve with 1" sample valve. The Jet-A Aviation container has unique feature that encompasses a 1" valve on the bottom adjacent to the 2" discharge valve. This valve is for sampling the fuel and/or draining possible condensate off the container. The valve is located at the lowest point on the bottom. EMA foam bladder tank system is a system for mixing foam concentrate with water. A major advantage of the foam bladder tank system is that it can be installed in the main flow and subsequently it doesn't need an external energy supply. The integrated water reference test option offers a functionality test without foam consumption. EMA bladder tanks are being offered as two different type: Vertical and Horizontal. All offered type has different options as Pre Piped or Not Pre Piped.
