Electrical contacts

Depending on the application field you can choose from different switching contacts: — tungsten-copper (WCu) contacts for arcing contacts in SF6 circuit breakers — copper-chromium (CuCr) for vacuum interrupters — tungsten carbide-silver (WCAg) for vacuum contactors With their high wear resistance and optimum arc erosion properties, arcing contacts from Plansee can reach a service life of over 40 years. The contacts alone are not enough - Plansee assembles and connects all the necessary individual parts of the moveable and fixed switch contact and supplies you with the complete contact system ready for installation.
