Description
FXE-M electro-permanent load lifting magnet modules can be combined with MCF control units to form modular load lifting systems. For example, a single FXE-M module with an MCF 1-channel control unit can be used on the crane of a flame-cutting machine, or 4 FXE-M modules, controlled together or individually by an MCF 4-channel control unit, can operate in a fully automatic sectional steel plant. In use on cranes, manipulators, conveyors and robots, FXE-M modules have proven themselves thousands of times over. FXE-M modules are manufactured using monoblock technology and are extremely stable. As with the other products in the FXE series, a choice can be made between different pole types in order to use the appropriate magnet module depending on the load, dimensions and surface.

Plate-spreading-magnets are used for separating of stacked iron and steel sheets. The sheet separators are laterally grown from the sheet stack, they magnetize the sheets with the same poles, which repel them from each other. The FX-HV Horizontal-Vertical System will meet with its diverse setting almost any need. Overall height and focus can be adjusted by plug pins. Likewise, the device also can be used for up to 20% of its rated load without engaging under pads.The support pins are positioned in a way so that standing blanks can be struck, which, for example, is often required on the saw. Likewise lying discs and sheets can be placed. For horizontal transport, the system has a lifting eye on the back. The steel structure is completely coated, and the stable FX Lifting magnet ensures maximum safety. Special dimensions are available on request.

FX-C lifting magnets have a round, multipole clamping surface, designed for lifting rings, sleeves, bearing housings, flange plates and similar workpieces.The load specification is valid for full-surface mounting on workpieces which cover D inside to D outside (see table Dimensions), for workpieces with a smaller mounting surface an approximate maximum workpiece weight of 3.5 kg per cm² clamping surface can be calculated. For serial workpieces, a documented test should confirm the safety factor 3.

Pneumatically actuated magnetic gripper type PNEUMAG are pneumatic switchable bi-stable magnetic systems. Air pressure is only needed for switching. The magnet system is permanent and thus keeps safe even with pressure drop. PNEUMAG magnetic grippers enable thin, perforated or textured sheet metal parts (from 0,5mm) take and safe to transport what they recommended specifically for use in automatic and semi-automatic feeding systems as well as slings for robot grippers. PNEUMAG is the alternative to vacuum conveying systems. They were tested on a metal sheet St37 with smooth and clean surface. Note that depending on the application a safety factor of 2 or 3 has to be included.
