Extruder

We produce our Co Extruder machines for different plastic extrusion solutions. Such as with different extrusion screw design, screw length and diameter range according to final product of our customers and requested capacity. Our co extrusion machine can work with different raw material such as PVC, PP, PE, TPO, TPE, TPU, EVA, PET, PS, WPC, ABS, HDPE, PC, TPR, PEX, PA, etc. We provide for our customers the optimum solutions according to their final product on our Coex extruder, according to requested raw material and capacity demand.

For compounding and reactive process, JSW propose “TEX-αⅢ” series. TEX-αⅢ has the world’s highest level torque (Td = 18.2 Nm/cm3) with deeper Do/Di ratio (1.57). The highest torque of TEX-αⅢ makes it possible to operate the extruder with lower screw speed comparing with the existing extruder. As a result, TEX-αⅢ can realize the lower energy consumption and lower discharge temperature. TEX-αⅢ has 9 line-up from TEX25αⅢ(screw dia. 26.5 mm) to TEX120αⅢ (129.5 mm). For the isolation process after polymerization, we provide devolatilization extruder which has multi vacuum vent ports in order to remove residual solvent and/or monomer in the material polymers. JSW also provides the mechanical dewatering twin screw extruder for plastics, rubber and elastomer.

PGR Drive Technologies provide solutions with PEX series extruder systems with high axial and radial forces thanks to their rigid, strong case and wide reduction ratios.

The extremely space-saving design of our screen changer allows a lot of creative freedom, both with new machines and in the case of retrofitting, since the structure of the extruder platform only needs to be adjusted a little. The screen changer is installed instead of a connection piece and can be equipped with a hydraulic or electric drive. The simplest way, however, is to use a cordless screwdriver, which makes changing bits a quick and easy endeavor. Screen changers are available for all common throughputs.
