The conveyor chain is the decisive factor for the functionality of each bulk goods conveyor system. The conveyor system can only be operated efficiently, if this conveyor chain withstands the high loads. Therefore, FörderTec uses a welding and production method for conveyor chains that is far superior to normal chains with respect to quality and durability. These forked lug chains are suitable for any application, even under the toughest of conditions. All forked lug chains are produced in our factory. We can react quickly and flexibly to each of your specific requirements. We are prepared for any eventuality – broken chain, emergency failure, system standstill. The trough chain conveyor is an important piece of transport equipment for bulk goods in the field of continuous conveyors. Our trough chain conveyor can be operated up to an installation angle of 90°. The discharging and dosing is carried out in completely closed system and can also be designed to be dust-tight and pressure-tight. Each system is planned and designed individually and is tailored to the customer requirements.

We supply conveyor belts in various models for bulk goods. The model primarily depends on the transported quantities and bulk good properties. Conveyor belts / belt conveyors can also be used advantageously even across longer distances and with higher transport quantities. Conveyor belts with trough belt guides serve specifically to dispose of sewage sludge or for transporting wood. We also supply suitable scraper systems for your belt systems. It is also possible to fill the containers for container loading. A reversible and swivel-mounted conveyor belt also allows up to 6 containers to be filled. The advantage here is that the containers can be filled completely by moving/turning the belt. This container filling option is an alternative to pushing containers on rails.

The wet ash removal system / wet slag extractor is a subtype of the tough chain conveyor. In this type of system, the transported goods, in this case slag / ash, created during combustion, is cooled in a closed water bath and then removed. All components below the water line are welded in the factory so that they are waterproof. Our end station is also welded so that it is waterproof and is located with all components within the water bath. This means that the chain works completely below water and can no longer be impeded by floating parts. Therefore, this reduces the risk of the conveyor chain blocking or tearing to a minimum.

Screw conveyors primarily comprise a U-shaped trough and the worm shaft with blades. They are primarily used for internal transportation of bulk goods (filter cake, pellets, wood). Our standard screw conveyors are manufactured with pedestal bearings and gland seals. The construction forms for material transport can be selected with a pitch of between 0° and 90°. The construction length can be varied depending on requirements. The materials for the screw conveyors can be supplied in normal steel and wear-resistant steel; plastic panels are also possible.
