Blow molded parts for industrial applications

Our custom blow molded parts such as containers, air conduction tubes, connection tubes and drainage tubes are 3D blow molded, suction blow molded and manipulated by a robot (3-D Roboter Blow Moulding Machine). They are 100 percent leak-proof and guarantee consistent wall thickness. Since the blow molds are developed by and tailored to customer specific requirements, a perfect fit is guaranteed, the number of assembly steps is reduced, weight is reduced and the risk of leakage is minimized. The divisible corrugated conduits from FRÄNKISCHE Industrial Pipes offer the perfect solution for retrofit application of cable protection, also pre-assembled cable harnesses with already installed connectors. This divisible conduit type is suitable for applications in which cables or pipelines have to be marked separately. The suitable accessories from FRÄNKISCHE Industrial Pipes enable clean laying and fixing of pipes that are safely protected by FIPSPLIT - divisible corrugated pipes.

They are ideally suited for longterm use in the transport of liquids, also at very high temperatures, or chemical substances, they are crush resistant and have been 100% leak tightness tested.
