Schultze RiRo heaters are your solution for industrial and commercial heating appliances: dust- and watertight, corrosion-resistant, flexible and uncomplicated to install. Suitable for damp locations and rough industry environment, for reliable and efficient heating – often unnoticed, but indispensable. The heating power is steplessly adjustable and the thermostat keeps your chosen temperature constant. Choose either frost protection or your temperature between + 5°C and + 30°C. The red signalling light shows when power is on.

QuickFit Protection Basket Our protection baskets are valuable accessories: they protect against collisions, give additional protection against dust and are an optical enhancement. Like the heaters themselves, they are manufactured in high-grade steel, so that we offer a logical solution regarding both quality of material and optical general impression. QuickFit: You fix our baskets without any further tools or drillholes! Just put the basket over the already mounted RiRo and wedge it, ready!

Screw-in heaters are versatile and intended for heating liquid media in industrial and commercial applications. When selecting, the specific surface load permitted for the respective medium must be observed and checked by the customer. EHK G1 1/2 are mainly used to heat water and aqueous solutions. 3 tubular heating elements ø 8,5mm made of stainless steel 1.4404 resp. Incoloy 825 brazed in G1 1/2″ thread made of brass (lead free) or stainless steel. Connection to 230/400 V3 (N), rotatable stainless steel terminal box. Use e.g. in washing machines, dishwashers, tempering equipment, laboratory equipment. The heaters are also suitable for water heating with photovoltaics, primarily the EHK G1128xxx series. Combination with all common PV controls possible, stepless power output. Infrared Heaters - Highly efficient infrared-technology. Economical heating, exactly on point, with Schultze Infrared-heaters. Specially designed halogen heating elements emit short-wave infrared and provide instantly noticeable comfort heat, similar to the sun. Heating people directly without the need to build up and maintain a body of warm air is economical and flexible as well, especially for applications like outdoors, with high ceilings or huge spaces. The field of application includes for example work-shops, sport-facilities, pub gardens, patios, but also industrial or commercial appliances like drying paint or heating machinery. The HWP2-series is dust- and water-jet tight complying with IP55 rating. HWP2 heaters are a stylish means of providing comfort heat in outdoor or indoor locations

Explosion-proof heaters - ATEX – Standard. Explosion-proof heaters are used in many industrial or commercial applications that are classified as hazardous areas. Our appliances are used to heat the ambient air of hazardous areas in zone 1 and 2, typically in chemical industries, paint and lacquer industries, sewage plants and mining. Heaters made of high-grade stainless steel are recommended for aggressive environments (e.g. sewage plants), while heaters with a painted or coated surface, also available with protection basket, are sufficient for standard applications. RiRo-F for rooms with fire risk: the economic choice for rooms where a “full range” heating is not needed, e.g. to protect your rooms or your valuable facilities against frost. To keep below the reduced surface temperature of 115°C we chose appropriate power layout. Max. 115°C on top of the fins.

The heater RiRo-fa is identical with type RiRo-f, but additionally heat transfer can be controlled steplessly by our built-in thermostat. According to your needs the heater will keep the room frostprotected or the temperature will be kept constant at your choice between + 5°C and + 30°C. Applicable for rooms with risk of fire. Max. 115°C on top of the fins.

With these heaters the excess temperature touching the top of the fins does not exceed 67K (difference of 67°C to room temperature).
