Machine dies or special dies with a set geometry on the basis of customer data for labelling complex surfaces. Nearly every surface can be displayed. State-of-the-art cad/cam programs support us in the production process. The data you send in are processed by us and then input into our CNC engraving machine.

Each bearing is designed around the application it is used in and sometimes that include a profile on the inner or outer ring. We have an array of profiles that we can use on our bearings, including common ones listed below or something completely unique to your application. In collaboration with our application engineers, we will work with you to ensure the right profile, tolerances, material, surface finish, and even the harmonics of the profile are fine-tuned to ensure quite operation, even at high speeds.

Each special container is built for a specific transport purpose while a standard container is not suitable to match the demand. It is possible to provide openings, doors, windows, dimensions and material. Our technical department can provide suitable solutions for each specific need.
