Pneumatically operated diaphragm valve GEMÜ 651

The GEMÜ 650 2/2-way diaphragm valve has a stainless steel piston actuator and is pneumatically operated. The valve is designed for use in a sterile environment. All metallic actuator components are made of stainless steel. The compression springs of diaphragm sizes 80 and 100 are made of epoxy coated spring steel. Normally closed (NC), Normally open (NO) and Double acting (DA) control functions are available. The GEMÜ 601, GEMÜ 612 and GEMÜ 673 2/2-way diaphragm valves have a temperature resistant plastic handwheel and are manually operated. The GEMÜ 602 valve has a stainless steel handwheel and is manually operated. Bonnet and internals are made all of stainless steel. The GEMÜ 650TL diaphragm valve is a manual tapping valve with automatic closing function which is pneumatically operated. The "keep-closed" override of manual operation is via a stainless steel handwheel. The valve can only be operated (opened / closed), if a control medium is applied to the actuator. The GEMÜ 653 and GEMÜ 654 2/2-way diaphragm valves have a stainless steel operator housing and are manually operated. The valve is available in two versions. GEMÜ 653 has a handwheel in high temperature and chemically resistant plastic. GEMÜ 654 has a stainless steel handwheel. Both types are also available with concealed bolt mounting (design D).
