Data logging & analysis The mLog software is a data logging application for Mahlo equipment. The desktop application runs on an office PC and provides comfortable creation and archiving of PDF protocols of running measurements. The recording of the measurement data is controlled on the Mahlo device PC, the finished protocols are transferred to mLog. An advanced search function with filter categories makes finding logs easy and fast. In the protocol viewer the protocol can then be displayed, printed, saved or sent by e-mail.

The iNOEX Data Manager (iDM) comprises a central data logger for the collection of all process and quality data of the iNOEX systems in the extrusion line. Optimization potentials can be identified, and product-specific key figures can be analyzed and evaluated. The software is installed as a virtual machine in the customer's network, so that no additional hardware is required. OPC-UA as a standardized process data interface, integrated with the latest measurement, control and automation solutions from iNOEX, transfers the data. A connection of legacy systems via the iDM gateway is also possible. By using the Grafana software, iDM 4.0 allows graphs, visualizations and data analysis, data export as .csv or .xls, live data on the database server, use as a hall monitor, as well as ready-made and freely configurable dashboards and reports for each connected system.

In close collaboration with your technical and production teams, we target equipment whose cost-effectiveness can most be improved through digitisation. We define the profitability objectives, and then adapt your production facilities and roll-out the most appropriate technical solutions in order to achieve them. Analytics & data interpretation We install the digital tools required for: continuous collection of the generated data analysis and synthesis of the information collected at regular intervals interpretation of the results via secure remote connections at your facilities. Based on the findings, and in close collaboration with your maintenance teams, we organise the following: preventive and/or corrective maintenance programmes actions for improvement follow-up of these actions and the financial gains generated If required, we can perform all the operations needed to support your teams.
