With its pale, soft pink color, this Rosé is a crisp, expressive, refreshing and dry wine that is ideal on its own or with food. Tropical melon and bright florals present on the nose initially, with the palate boasting vibrant red berry and red apple fruits, crisping acidity, and a medium body. The frank fragrance shows expressive black berries framed by tones of tobacco and leather. The characteristic tones of coffee and cocoa beans are manifested in a medium-long aftertaste. The wine shows a rich taste combined with medium acidity and a young rough tannin. The perfect combination is spicy but not spicy dishes of pork, beef and lamb, served with baked potatoes.

The insinuating and calm aroma of the wine shows a completely different version of Sauvignon Blanc. Light tones of lime, lemon and Sicilian sweet orange are replaced by a veil of apricot jam and dried flowers. The voluminous taste shows light creamy shades and medium-high acidity. The finish is dynamic but smooth. This Sauvignon Blanc should be served with raw seafood dishes or classics of pan-Asian cuisine. Fo-Bo and Fo- Ga soups will be an unexpected combination.
