Ground Split Peas Of The First Grade

For those who care about their diet, we have released chopped ground peas TM "TERRA". This is a cereal produced on the basis of whole peas of high quality. On its basis, it will be possible to prepare many tasty and healthy dishes. They will diversify your table during daily meals, during fasting or dieting.

Split ground peas are split cotyledons with a smooth or rough surface and rounded ribs. Impurities of whole peas in it are no more than 5%, the color is yellow or green - peas of a different color are allowed no more than 7%. There are 1 and 2 varieties. Our enterprise produces split peas of the 1st grade.

Before cooking, it is advisable to wash the peas and cover them with water in a ratio of 1:3 (3 parts of water for 1 part of groats). After the water boils, cook on low heat for 35-45 minutes. If the water evaporates, it must be topped up. Add salt, oil and spices to taste.

In terms of size and alignment, this cereal comes in three numbers. At our enterprise, two types of egg grits are produced - No. 1 and No. 2 (that is, large and medium particles of crushed grain are selected). Barley is one of the oldest cultivated cereals on Earth.
