High-voltage generator POWER CHARGER

The LE50CD linear voltage regulator from STMicroelectronics is a positive fixed voltage regulator with a single regulator, an output voltage of 5V, and a typical voltage dropout of 0.2V@100mA. It is designed for surface-mount applications and comes in an 8-SOIC package with a width of 0.154" (3.90mm). The current output is rated for a minimum of 150mA, and it is capable of operating in temperatures from -40°C to 125°C.
