IZOTEX WATERPROOFING MEMBRANES

DESCRIPTION: IZOTEX EXTRA 220 is flexible , W1 class waterproof membrane which is composed of polyurethane and polypropylene. USAGE AREA: It is used on the floors and walls of Terraces & Balconies to ensure waterproofing under ceramic tiles. ADVANTAGES - It is %100 waterproof, high water pressure resistant and damproof. - It is applied by using C2 class tile adhesive or IZOTEX T-85 Adhesive. - It has strong mechanical bonding to the adhesive and surface. Heat or other toxic elements are not used for bonding. - It is a flexible material that allows ease of application at corners and wall joints. APPLICATION - IZOTEX T-85 ADHESIVE is applied with a roller to the surface. - IZOTEX EXTRA 220 Waterproofing Membrane is bonded to the surface. - Joints should be bonded considering the direction of water flow and there should be 10 cm overlaps at joints. - The surface is covered with coating materials such as ceramic, marble etc.

DESCRIPTION IZOTEX MAXI 250 is flexible ,waterproofing membrane made of PP/PE/PP layers USAGE AREA It is used for waterproofing and damp-proofing under ceramic tile ADVANTAGES - It is %100 waterproof , high water pressure resistant and damp proof - It is a flexible material that allows ease of application at hard workable corners , floor and wall joints , tight angles - It has strong mechanical bonding to the adhesive and surface. Heat or other toxic elements are not used for bonding - It is is a lightweighted APPLICATION: 1. The membrane is cut and prepared in a required size, according to the application area 2. C2 class tile adhesive mortar is applied to the surface with notched trowel 3. It is placed on the surface and air bubbles is removed with a flat side of the trowel 4. Joints should be bonded considering the direction of water flow and there should be 5 cm overlaps at joints 5. The surface is covered with coating materials

USAGE AREA: It is used for positive side waterproofing of concrete shear walls produced with double-sided formwork systems. ADVANTAGES: - %100 waterproof - Moisture Reterdant - Applied easily to the concrete shear wall surface with it’s special adhesive, does not require heat or other toxic elements for bonding. - It has tensile strength against surface tension caused by building settlements and m - Since it covers large areas in a single use during application it saves time. - It is applied just one layer, does not need several layers to be applied . APPLICATION: It’s fibrous structure provides the membrane to be easily bonded to the surface. IZOTEX MEGA 300 Concrete Shear Wall Waterproofing Membrane is applied on concrete shear walls vertically and horizontally with IZOTEX T-85 ADHESIVE.

It provides waterproofing between the drain system components where water disposal and diversion occurs. In addition to being used as a waterproofing cuff at drain systems, IZOTEX EXTRA 210 is also developed to provide waterproofing at wet areas where these systems used.
