Flat-knitted copper tape made from Cu-ETP1 and Cu-OF1 in tin-plated, bare upon request, soft annealed. Single wire diameter Ø 0.10 mm, processed in three-fold and eight-fold. Width of flat-knitted copper from 20 mm to 100 mm. For electrical shielding.

Shielding braids consist of bobbin wires, located parallel, which have been braided into a tube. Manufactured from Cu-ETP1, Cu-OF1, LEONI-Histral®-alloys (upon request), aluminium and stainless steel, with coating in bare, tin-plated, nickel-plated or silver-plated, hard or soft annealed. Sinlge-wire diameter ranging from Ø 0.10 mm to Ø 0.40 mm. Cross-section ranging from 0.25 mm² bis 400 mm². Tubular shielding braid is smoothly expandable and has a very good shielding effect. The couverage can be determined precisely by changing the braiding angle. Suitable for electrical and mechanical shielding of wires, cables, cable bundles and cable harnesses.

Contured fabric tapes, braided into a tube and then flat-rolled. Made from Cu-ETP1 and Cu-OF1, LEONI Histral® alloys upon request, in bare, tin-plated, nickel-plated or silver-plated, hard or soft annealed. Single-wire diameter ranging from Ø 0.05 mm to Ø 0.40 mm. Cross-section ranging from 25 mm² to 120 mm². Our flat-rolled fabric tapes are characterised by straight rectangular edges with a very high degree of dimensional accuracy and very close tolerances. There is an adjustable degree of compaction, with cross-section remaining unchanged, as well as an easy combination of different cross-sections laid on top of each other (modular system). Contured, braided copper tapes have an improved weldability in automated production processes for manufacturing of earthing straps, connectors or electrotechnical components.

Flexible copper connectors for earthing straps, current leads and connectors with different constructions regarding customer specification. As prematerial for our customised connectors a lot of different materials can be used, mostly high flexible strands and braids made from Cu-ETP1 and Cu-OF1, LEONI Histral® alloys, stainless steel and aluminium upon request, in bare, tin-plated, nickel-plated and silver-plated. Depending on the customer requirements we can combine different contact elements and isolation materials. No matter if you need individual parts or large-scale production, we can guarantee a short development time and fast response. Flexible copper connectors are suitable for power transmission and potential equalisation / grounding.

Flat copper wire made from Cu-ETP1 and Cu-OF1 in bare. Thickness: 0,038 mm – 1,0 mm Width: 0,80 mm – 6,0 mm Our flat copper wires are absolute burr free. They are characterised by maximum precision and originally round edges, particularly suitable for busbars, flat conductors or shielding.

Suitable for earthing straps, connectors or electrotechnical components.

Round copper wire made from Cu-ETP1 and Cu-OF1 in bare, tin-plated, nickel-plated, silver-plated or gold-plated, hard or soft annealed. Single wire diameter ranging from Ø 0.04 mm to Ø 1.8 mm. Single wire for high-frequency (HF) technology: High-precision silver-plated single wire used as core for coaxial cables, size range from 0.10 mm to 1.8 mm. This single wire is manufactured on a specially designed machine and is characterised by a highly constant diameter, outstanding centricity and an extremely pure surface.

High-flexible round strands and ropes made from Cu-ETP1, Cu-OF1, aluminium and LEONI Histral® alloys (upon request) in bare, tin-plated, nickel-plated and silver-plated, hard or soft annealed. Single-wire diameter ranging from Ø 0.05 mm to Ø 0.51 mm, left-hand lay or right-hand lay. Cross-section ranging from 0.02 mm² to 630 mm² (bigger cross-sections upon request). High-flexible round strands and ropes are mainly suitable for earthing straps, connectors, conductors for low-voltage lighting and for welding technology.

Wires with a particular shape (neither round nor flat wire). Subject to our customers’ specification there are various conceivable solutions such as triangle, polygon, bones or trapeze shape, and many more. Made from Cu-ETP1 and Cu-OF1 in bare, soft annealed or hard. LEONI Histral® alloys upon request. Cross-section: up to approx. 2.5 mm², depending on shape, further cross-sections upon request. Profile wires are mainly suitable for electrical conductors in a plastic profile and for busbars. They are space saving and have bigger contact areas. Certain shapes give a more secure hold in plastic profiles.
