MACFAB 250 baler

The 60HD baler can bale aluminium drinks cans, pet plastic bottles, steel food cans, paint tins, plastic jerrycans / jerricans, paper, plastic film and small cardboard boxes. The 60 HD can make a bale of 32 kg of pet plastic bottles and 25 kg of aluminium drinks cans. This baler comes with a cross strapping system needed to bale certain materials such as drinks cans. As standard the 60 HD power supply is 220-volt 16 amp but other power supplies are available. The 60 HD can be used in a wide range or businesses but its especially popular for small recycling centres, hospitality settings with high generation of drinks cans and schools.

his Baler has as an auto compaction cycle as standard, key locked E-stop with reset button, hour counter to monitor servicing and includes a safe strap bale eject system for easy removal of bales onto a pallet. The 100 baler makes a cardboard bale of 100 kg and a plastic film bale of up to 140 kg. The MACFAB 100 can make 2-4 bales per hour depending on the material and site conditions. The bales are normally tied off with 9mm strapping and the baler holds 4 rolls of strapping above the door for easy access.

The LH300 has a 20 Ton force. It can compact cardboard boxes, plastic film, FIBC bags, and other recyclable materials. It is an excellent choice for businesses to take control of their waste management. Makes a 300 kg bale of cardboard boxes. 4 rolls of strapping placed on a bar at the back of the baler to tie off bales. Alternatively, you can use steel wire to tie off bales. There are lifting pockets at the base of the baling press to easily move the baler into position with a fork truck.

The Lh500 baler is an excellent option for businesses with a large volume of cardboard or plastic film. The compaction cylinders of the LH500 are mounted on the sides of the baler meaning this machine has a low operation height of 2.249 meters, Perfect for stores with low ceiling heights.
