MACFAB 60 Plastic Baler

The LH300 has a 20 Ton force. It can compact cardboard boxes, plastic film, FIBC bags, and other recyclable materials. Makes a 300 kg bale of cardboard boxes. 4 rolls of strapping placed on a bar at the back of the baler to tie off bales. Alternatively, you can use steel wire to tie off bales. There are lifting pockets at the base of the baling press to easily move the baler into position with a fork truck.

The 200 multi chamber baler is a great option for sorting different types of recyclable materials at source. As standard the baler comes with 2 chambers but additional chambers can be added to sort a different type of waste in each chamber. The compaction head is then rolled onto each chamber to compact material into bales.

The Lh500 baler is an excellent option for businesses with a large volume of cardboard or plastic film. The compaction cylinders of the LH500 are mounted on the sides of the baler meaning this machine has a low operation height of 2.249 meters, Perfect for stores with low ceiling heights.

The 60 HD can make a bale of 32 kg of pet plastic bottles and 25 kg of aluminium drinks cans. This baler comes with a cross strapping system needed to bale certain materials such as drinks cans. As standard the 60 HD power supply is 220-volt 16 amp but other power supplies are available. The 60 HD can be used in a wide range or businesses but its especially popular for small recycling centres, hospitality settings with high generation of drinks cans and schools.
