Customized plants and systems are our cup of tea. MPT plants are unique. They perform only one task: dosing or mixing chemicals. And yet they are always different. Namely, they are always perfectly adapted to your specific requirements.

Chemical-dosing systems are developed and manufactured for various applications and processes as complete, ready-for-connection function modules. Selecting the components and materials for constructing these systems requires long-year experience and comprehensive knowledge of the specific properties of the substances to be dosed. A lot of media are toxic and harmful to persons. Moreover, many are harmful to the environment and the groundwater.  Substance properties such as a high viscosity or a high vapor pressure compromise the liability and a safe function if not considered when selecting and installing the pumps. For many years, MPT staff has been working in this specific area and gathered much experience when implementing hundreds of applications for nearly each topic in the range of premium dosing technology. Generally, dosing pumps are referred to as oscillating displacement pumps with adjustable stroke length. Depending on the requirement the driving mechanism can be equipped with hydraulically actuated diaphragm. Electrically driven pumps offer besides the stroke length adjustment a further possibility to adjust the delivery flow by modifying the motor rotation speed. For a small delivery flow and a low delivery pressure, electromagnetically driven pumps are nowadays the devices of choice since they can simply be adapted to the process requirements by modifying the stroke frequency manually or through an external control (pulse or analog) signal. / Static Inline Mixers Dynamic Inline Mixers Dynamic inline mixers have, contrary to static mixers, a driving motor with variable agitator speed, providing for the required mixing energy. The main field of application for dynamic inline mixers is the intensive and adjustable mixture of polymer flocculation agents with the sludge to be dewatered on dewatering machines like (belt) filter presses. Using dynamic inline mixers the active ingredient contained in the polymer is dispersed evenly in the sludge to be dewatered, resulting in a noticeable improvement of the dewatering characteristics and a considerable reduction of the required flocculation agent. A suboptimal mixture of the flocculation agents is often compensated by a considerable increase of the dosed quantity. In many applications the flocculation agent is dosed in a stronger dilution to improve the miscibility. However, this means that water which actually should be detracted from the system is now added to the system. I

Homogenizing large tank volumes, mixing-in additives during the production of lubrication oil and suspending solids in a liquid phase are typical applications for the pneumatic pulse-mixing technology of PULSAIR. The process, patented worldwide, is based on an injection of an adjustable pressure pulse underneath an accumulator plate, installed on the bottom of the mixing tank. The injected pressurized air forms a big air bubble, soaring within the tank and displacing the surrounding liquid. Meanwhile negative pressure is generated underneath the bubble, sucking the surrounding material. This produces in the tank a vertical flow directed upwards, adjustable according to the requirements by varying the pulse length and the pulse duration. Contrary to mechanical agitators the height of the tank is very marginal. No moving parts or shaft bearings are in the tank.
