Novelty Steel Designs and manufactures gantries for tunnel constructions and secondary lining works. We produce bespoke steel frames based on the client drawings and preferences. Our modern steelwork fabrication shops have computer-aided design and detailing (CAD), which is linked directly to factory floor computer numerically controlled (CNC) machinery, creating a genuine seamless CAD/CAM environment. The accuracy of the computer-generated details being transmitted directly to the CNC machinery increases the quality standards of the production. Novelty Steel has adapted EN 1090-2 standards into its manufacturing processes supervised by experienced quality management team.

Our crane end carriages, which we have developed in various designs, offer flexibility and high operating reliability. These compact, modular rail-mounted travel units can be connected direct to crane girders and load-bearing structures. Our end carriages consist of a torsionally rigid box section and complete travel units with geared motors and wheels from the Demag modular system, which can be configured for all load capacity ranges. These combinations result in solutions to meet specific application requirements for safe crane and machinery travel motions that are kind to the rails.

Storage systems from Lödige provide a total integrated solution for parts and tools to be stored in an efficient and save-spacing saving way. Lödige storage systems can be fully automated to store and transport anything from small parts to very large and heavy aircraft parts and tools. We develop high-throughput storage systems in line with customer requirements to support your dispatch reliability and speed.

Vacuum degassing / outgassing With the aid of vacuum outgassing, unpleasant tastes or odors can be degassed and thus rendered tasteless. Altitude simulation For aircraft transport, it is essential to perform tests and simulations at a pressure <800 mbar, since in cargo holds, pressure equalization takes place, but cannot compensate for all fluctuations. Vacuum storage systems The safest way to store highly sensitive components is under vacuum. Under the vacuum environment, your components are protected from all external influences. Control and process control Our specially developed control program offers not only the possibility to monitor, but also to program and store various process sequences. High and ultra-high vacuum From the pressure range of rough vacuum to fine vacuum and ultra-high vacuum, we are able to meet your process requirements with our systems.
