We manufacture various series of metal casing, metal housing, metal case or metal box inhouse for many customers from different countries, most of them are used on LED lighting, industrial control box, power for computer, solar energy, meter,etc, customers like the housing/casing made with sheet metal, metal have good heat resistance and more durability compared to plastic, further, metal can be treated with different surface finish like powder coating, painting, polishing, plating, ecoating, plastic can only be painted or plated and plastic will become fragile after a shot long usage.

HAI TONG design and manufacture various types of metal casing, metal housing, metal box, metal case inhouse for oversea customers, all these metal casing will be formed by metal stamping process and TIG welding, the waterproof of our metal stamped housing/casing can achieve IP45, they can be widely used on LED lighting, electronics, architecture.

This metal stamping casing consist of lower and upper cover with white and black finish, lower and upper casing will be assembled together with screws from the side slot, all electronics components will be fixed on the upper casing with international standard screws, this set of metal casing can stand high temperature during usage, both are formed by metal stamping processes, the lower casing will be TIG welded on four sides, grinded and then powder coated in white.

Sheet metal deep drawn stamping are one of metal forming technology with high material usage and precision, welding is unnecessary on deep drawn stamping parts, its shape can be round, square, oval, etc, most of kitchware are made by deep drawn stamping, like cups, cooker, sanitery ware, bowl, etc, material will be stainless steel, aluminum, iron, copper.
