Low-noise, high-quality and high-speed ball chain (patented). The WRC ball chain (patented) design offers high contact area between the balls and the chain, which helps keep the lubricant film intact, hence allowing high-speed and low-noise operations with extended service life. — Dustproof design: The completely sealed design helps prevent dust ingress and reduce lubricant loss, which leads to extended service life. — O-type arrangement: The 4-row re-circulating balls design helps achieve equal load capacity in all four directions. — Patented design for high speed/impact: The L-shaped stainless-steel reinforcement plates with bottom latches help cover and strengthen the end caps, allowing high-speed/impact operations.

Acceleration test: The acceleration test is based on a slide-crank mechanism with a flywheel as the crank. The crank imparts high acceleration and speed to the block with finite stroke. Features: — Exceptional dustproof design: CLMS has special structural design to make the whole module dustproof. In adverse working environments, the module will perform well while there will not be any structural issue caused by bellows. — Exceptional compact design: CLMS has optimized the allocated space for linear motor, linear guide, and optical (magnetic) encoder to minimize the size under thrust. — High reliability: CLMS’s encoder is installed horizontally, thus prevents its position to be affected by external impact and retains system precision. — Customization: Standard CLMS comes with magnetic encoder for position feedback. We can also install optical encoder based on customer’s need for precision while retaining the same dimensions. Other customized designs such as multi-slider, X-Y and gantry systems are available as well.
