Description
The factors in the nemanizam drug used in nematode damage (Paecilomyces lilacinus, Arthrobotrys oligospora, Bacillus firmus) are found in the form of a thread around the nematode and restrict the movement area of the nematode. Moving nematodes get stuck in a certain area by getting caught in the fungal net. Later, the bacteria attack the nematode and affect the external body structure of the nematode, limiting its egg laying and mobility, reducing its effectiveness in the soil. As a result of the decrease in activity, the entry of the nematode into the root part causes a decrease in the cellulitic and pectolytic enzymes that break down the cell wall in the root region and thus decrease the amount of inoculum.
