Novartos Multi double sampling

With Novartos Multi triple sampling, a triple multi-point sample can be taken from multiple predefined sample zones. Depending on the length, four, seven or nine sample chambers are each fitted with three sample inserts fot the triple sampling.

The Powder Sampler Mini is a stainless steel sampler for small quantities. When the button is pressed, a sampling rod enters the sample material and retracts when released. In this way, a fixed amount of sample material is enclosed in the sample notch of the rod and removed. The sampler precisely collects 0.01 ml, 0.05 ml and 0.1 ml sample volumes, depending on the version. With an insertion depth of up to 300 mm, multiple target point samples can be collected at different depths. The small-volume powder sampler is made of high-quality stainless steel 1.4404/1.4571 (316L/316Ti). The Mini powder sampler is used for sampling powdery products from small containers, sacks, drums or open containers. Primarily in the pharmaceutical, medical products and biotechnology sectors, e.g. for testing raw materials, active ingredients and excipients.

The sample containers sterile are sterilised by irradiation and correspond to a sterility assurance level Sterile SAL 10-3 (according to ISO 11137) inside. The handy and universally applicable sample jar is easy to fill, smooth-walled and free of undercuts, therefore it can be emptied completely. It is an excellent universal container for all liquid and solid contents. The attached lid of the sample container can be opened with one hand and fixed at a 90° angle. This leaves the other hand free to take samples. Liquid/condensate in the lid runs into a collecting channel integrated in the lid, nothing is lost, nothing can drip off. The sample boxes are closed while hot during production. Due to this process, the sample boxes close absolutely tightly, as the lid and box adapt optimally during the cooling process. The sample container made of PP is highly transparent, the contents of the container can be easily recognised.

To make a sampling procedure reproducible, it should always be carried out under the same conditions. For this purpose, the depth stop for samplers is a helpful accessory. The depth stop can be clamped to any height of the sampler by means of a C-clamping screw. This ensures that the sampler penetrates to the same desired depth each time it is pierced. The penetration depth is thus fixed and can be precisely recorded, e.g. in a test report or sampling instructions. In addition, the depth stop can prevent accidental puncturing during sampling. The depth stop for samplers is useful in all areas where the sampling parameters must be precisely determined and defined, e.g. in the outgoing and incoming goods inspection of bulk materials that can segregate. Simply attach the depth stop for samplers to a sampling tube with Ø 25 or 50 mm and tighten with an Allen key (5 mm).
